A club record £8million buy from Turkish club Fenerbahce, who he joined from Manchester City, the France international striker will provide pace and movement to the Bolton forward line. Moved to City from Paris St Germain in June 2002 after a spell on loan with Liverpool. With City he proved to English fans that he is still a lethal finisher by hitting 14 Premier League goals in his first season and 16 in 2003/04. He fired Arsenal to the Premier League and FA Cup double in 1998 and also helped Real Madrid to the Champions League title in 2000.
