Profile
Talented goalkeeper who joined West Ham from Norwich City in August 2006. Made his England debut against Colombia in May 2005 and was part of the 2006 World Cup squad until an untimely injury prevented his involvement. Impressed many with his displays for the Canaries during their brief Premier League stay in 2004/05. Played in every premiership game for West Ham during the 2007/2008 season and became the 51st player to be awarded the Hammer of the Year. Green was recalled to the England squad for the friendly against France in March 2008.
