Felipe Caicedo is an Ecuadorian international striker, Felipe made the move to Manchester City during the January 2008 transfer window, signing from FC Basle in Switzerland. In the season up to his move to Manchester City, Caicedo has found the net four times in 12 league starts at FC Basle, and was thrown straight into the action with a substitute debut coming in the vital 2-1 derby day victory at Old Trafford in February 2008. He continued to improve during a succession of substitute appearances as the season progressed, but he will be looking to get on the scoresheet as soon as possible in 2008/09.
