Starting as a player-coach at Swindon Town in 2006 Ince has rapidly risen in stature, with terms at Macclesfield Town, Milton Keynes and now Blackburn Rovers. Named as league 2 Manager of The Month for December in his time with Macclesfield, won the Football League Trophy and secured promotion for Milton Keynes in 2008 before his transfer at the start of the season to Rovers.
