Profile
Brown learned his managerial skills under Bolton legend Sam Allardyce and served as his assistant for six years. Moving to Hull in October 2006 he drew the club out of the relegation zone and over the 2006/2007 season his analytical approach saw the club rise up the table until joining the premiership ranks in 2008.
