Pulis showed his skills with Plymouth Argyle in 2006/2007 turning a sinking disorganized group of players into an efficient team that eventually finished 14th in the table. Subsequently moving to Stoke at the end of the 06/07 season he then won thee Manager of the Month award for April and spearheaded Stoke?s first return to the Premiership in 23 years.
